Subject: Energy Procurement for ABC Manufacturing [TXU Invoice Request]
Steven,
I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me this morning, and I look forward to showing you what we're capable of!
To recap, United Commercial Energy Partners is a nationally recognized consulting firm that specializes in helping the largest energy consumers in the country manage their operating expenses. For your consideration, I’ve attached our company brochure to provide a better understanding of who we are and how we operate.
Once we have the necessary information from you, we will perform a comprehensive analysis to identify all inefficiencies/deficiencies so we can then tailor a unique solution based on your energy profile. All we need to get started is simply a copy of any recent month’s TXU invoice for all active meters/locations, and we will do the heavy lifting from there.
I’d like to emphasize that you’re not obligated to move forward once you see what we can do. All I am asking for is the opportunity to showcase how beneficial our services can be to your company. If you don't like our proposal, we'll simply shake hands and part friends.
If you have any questions, feel free to call me on my direct line or cell listed below. Otherwise, I'll keep an eye out for the invoices and will follow up tomorrow afternoon as discussed if not received before then.
Best regards,
