What is a company status? Learn how UCEP tracks the lifecycle of leads and when to use specific statuses based on the context of opportunity.
Lead Status:
- -- (New or Blank)
- Status 1: If no status selected or no relevant information is known.
- Surveyed
- Status 1: If any of the Utility Questions from the UCEP Survey are known.
- Bill Promised
- Status 1: If a prospect/client has promised bill copies.
- Bill Back
- Status 1: If a prospect/client has sent bill copies.
- HUD Request
- Status 1: If all required fields are known for a HUD Request to be submitted.
- Usage Received
- Status 1: If HUD has been requested, submitted and the historical usage file has been received.
- Pricing Request
- Status 1: If HUD has been received & all required fields for a PR are known.
- Closing Call Set & Confirmed
- Status 1: If a prospect/client has agreed to a scheduled date & a calendar invite has been sent (Ideally, the invite should be accepted as well)
- Deal Closed
- Status 1: If a prospect signs a deal with UCEP or one of UCEP's partnerships.
- Deal Lost
- Status 1: If an agent was unable to execute the deal.
- Current Client
- Status 1: If a deal has closed & this is now a current client of UCEP
- Unassign
- Status 1: If you want lead removed from your list & believe it's worth keeping the record in the CRM.
- Delete Lead – Discard
- Status 1: If you want lead removed from your list & believe the lead should be discarded.
